💭 You may have heard, "Excuse my child`s hyperactivity, they had too much sugar," but did you know this "sugar rush" is actually a myth? 🧠🔍 Studies have shown that sugar doesn`t directly affect children`s behavior or cognition. The excitement of special events (like birthdays) may explain why kids seem more hyper, not the sugar itself! 🎉🎂

However, excessive sugar intake does raise concerns. 🤔
- Fact #1: It increases the risk of tooth decay 🦷
- Fact #2: It can contribute to obesity and lifestyle diseases later in life ⚖️.

Does MESSY EATING have you feeling like you want to run away?

It is perfectly normal for any parent to feel this way. But we want to help you to embrace it. Messy eating is a typical part of children`s development. It helps to develop fine motor skills and helps children learn about food and their world.
PLUS… It makes feeding time FUN for your little one.

Here are a few tips on tools to have ready to make messy eating a bit easier:
✅ Wet wipes / Washcloth: These just make the cleanup afterwards much easier. Make sure the washcloth is wet and keep it warm to ease the cleanup for your little one.
✅ Easy to clean bib: These are silicone & washable, cover a big area of your baby`s chest and generally less distracting! Head over to our website and check out our month pack combo`s to get one with your little one`s food for next month.
